Returned items should be well packaged to avoid damage in the post and we recommend the use of a traceable service so that you can confirm when we receive the item. We are not responsible for returned items which do not get to us or arrive to us in poor condition. We are also not responsible for items lost in the post.

    98% of parcels are shipped either same or next business day (Mon-Fri).  If we have any problems with addresses, or contact information this may result in a delay.
    Programming of your equipment can result in a delay but in most cases this is not the case.  Please visit our shop and view the programming information on the Advice page for further details
    We are closed on all bank holidays, over the Easter weekend and the Christmas period which will result in a delay of dispatching at these times, please contact us to confirm shipping information should you require an order in these periods.

    Warranty
    Most of our items are covered by a manufacturer's warranty of 12 or 24 months.  All reconditioned equipment is covered by the Digitall Comms Limited warranty of 3 months.  If you are unsure what will be covered in your order and for how long please contact us prior to purchase we will be happy to advise you on this.
